FAQ

 Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver small arrangements for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, or any occasion. We also deliver large bouquets and a wide range of other decorations for corporate or personal events.

 Do you come out to decorate?

Sure! We specialize in decorating for all types of events; weddings, parties, showers, corporate, church, or school.

 How far in advance do I have to book and pay?

We ask for complete details and a 30% deposit 21 days prior to the event to secure your date.  The balance is due 7 days prior to event date. If your event is booked less than two weeks, you will be required to pay in full at time of booking.

 Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to churches, schools, and military. We also offer packages deals. Feel free to give us a budget and we can customize a package for you.

Booking Information:
Please be aware that certain balloon decorations, such as Columns, Arches and custom designed balloon décor, require support structures that must be returned to Balloon Boutique upon the conclusion of your event. Some balloon decorating services require you to provide a deposit for these support structures … we do not. We simply would like you to be aware of their existence, and see that they are returned to us undamaged. In the event that these items are damaged, you will be responsible for the fees to replace them. These fees are outlined in your event contract. Some of these items can be costly, so please watch over their safety while in your possession. 

Contracts:  You will be required to sign a simple contract for us to provide services at your event. We do not believe in fine print, but we do believe in having an understanding. A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to book our services. The balance must be paid one week prior to your event date.  If your event is booked less than two weeks, you will be required to pay in full at time of booking.

Payment:  We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We will provide you with a detailed invoice.

Cancellations:
We understand that things happen. In the event you must cancel your contract, we will gladly refund 30% of any monies paid, if you provide us with at least 7 days notice prior to the booked event. This does not apply to the booking deposit.

Balloon Float Times: Your balloon décor will be designed around the specifications of your event. For example: if you need a balloon to float for a minimum of 12 hours, we will provide you with a balloon that will float for 12 hours, and not much more. 
This applies only to Latex type balloons. Our Mylar/Foil balloon will stay afloat for up to 1 week on average. The average life of a Latex Helium balloon is less than 24 hours. If you would like to extend the float time of your balloons (maybe take some home) please let us know and we will pre-treat your balloons with Ultra High Float ™. Latex balloons treated with Ultra High Float ™ will last up to 25 times longer than untreated latex balloons. There is a charge ranging from .35 to $1.00 per balloon, depending on the size of the balloon.  

 
Outdoor Events: We strongly suggest air filled décor for these events. We make every attempt to have your décor looking its best at the time of assembly. However we have no control over the weather and therefore cannot guarantee outdoor décor.  Normal oxidation(clouding look) will occur on latex balloons used outdoors.  We use only professional quality latex balloons, heavy duty cord and wire to secure all outdoor events.  

 Pricing:  We welcome all budgets. Prices will vary depending upon décor, venue, location, size, and travel time for decorating; below are standard set up fees which apply in addition to decor purchases unless otherwise stated; based upon the city in which the service is rendered:

STANDARD FEE COVERS SAME DAY EVENT ONLY; ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR NEXT DAY OR BEYOND BREAKDOWN.

WE WILL NOT SET-UP OR BREAKDOWN DECORATION FROM OTHER VENDORS.

 An additional charge applies to strike and dispose of balloons.
